Nice, I'm glad to have some comments from some real climbers. I am not a climber, but it was all a buzz there. The Aussie I mentioned did tell me all about it over drinks. Whys is it in almost every country I go to I end up drunk with at least one Australian at least once? I haven't been to Australia yet, One of the reasons is because it's such a big country I feel like I need a month at least, preferably three, but another reason? I don't think I'll want to come back when I go.

This is our favorite spot in Thailand! We love to climb there. We climbed for the very first time in 2000 and then went back in 2003 and 2004 to take on our first multipitch climb. We also took a lead climbing course there.
And yes, the view is amazing from up there!
I have heard about the dangers, but I think that they are making a lot of effort to re-bolt the routes. We climbed with King Climbers and they are very safe and professional. I trusted them to take us to good routes.
There is a great cave there too, Princess Cave. Beautiful.
